Purpose
The device is designed to prevent the detonation of radio-controlled explosive devices (RCIEDs) and protect against unauthorized eavesdropping using special radio equipment. It is used in situations requiring signal suppression across a wide frequency range, as well as enhanced protection in cellular communication bands.
