RICH-8 is designed to measure the frequency and intensity of the radio field in the frequency range from 200 kHz to 8 GHz. It can be used in search operations, adjusting radio transmitting devices and monitoring the air. In the "guard" mode, it monitors the signal level and frequency, and issues an alarm when the specified threshold is exceeded.
