Optimized for use while wearing personal protective equipment MIL-STD-810G certified for use in harsh environments and high temperatures Integrated solids analysis press and touch-to-sample testing Automated mixture analysis with priority alerts for chemical warfare agents, toxic industrial chemicals, and narcotics
HazMatID Elite is a next-generation portable unknown chemical identification device that combines high performance with ease of use, providing analysis in under 1 minute. Using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) technology, HazMatID Elite identifies chemical warfare agents, explosives, toxic industrial chemicals, narcotics, suspect powders, and other hazardous chemical classes.
Solid samples are analyzed by placing a small amount of the test substance on the diamond ATR sensor. An integrated press ensures proper contact between the sample and the sensor.
The sample handling interface also includes an integrated reservoir for liquid samples. A second diamond ATR sensor interface allows the instrument to be held close to the sample. It is available for rapid analysis of spills and surface films and can be used in robotic applications.
HAZMATID ELITE IS MIL-STD-810G CERTIFIED for harsh environments and has the widest temperature and sunlight range of any portable chemical identification instrument. Its innovative optical processor provides high vibration resistance and immunity to mechanical interference due to shipping or handling.
The HazMatID Elite user interface includes a large display screen with a wide viewing angle and excellent visibility even in direct sunlight. Large control buttons on the keyboard for efficient operation while wearing personal protective equipment and intuitive software design. Built-in instructions are displayed on the screen as intuitive images, ensuring maximum ease of use and reducing operator training costs.
The supplied PC software provides advanced data processing capabilities.
