SEL-360 "Hive" Circular Suppressor of Voice Recorders and Microphones

The SEL-360 "Beehive" is a powerful and effective device for suppressing microphones in voice recorders, mobile phones and other audio recording devices by emitting complex structured interference in the ultrasonic range, inaudible to the human ear, but affecting the microphone membrane with its sound pressure directly.

Due to the circular arrangement of piezoceramic emitters, the SEL-360 "Beehive" device spreads ultrasonic interference in all directions from its installation location, which allows suppressing recording devices of all interlocutors sitting at the negotiating table at once.

Advantages and distinctive features:
The SEL-360 "Beehive" suppressor uses 12 separate ultrasonic oscillation generators in its design, forming a special noise signal in the ultrasonic range that is complexly distributed in time and of varying frequencies. The generated noise signal with the help of 48 piezoceramic emitters creates an omnidirectional ultrasonic barrier of high power, inaudible to the human ear, but well perceived by microphones, "suppressing" the useful speech signal.
The microprocessor control system, automatic continuous self-diagnostics of the battery status and the operation of each ultrasonic channel maintain a constant highest level of ultrasonic interference power throughout the entire operating time, ensuring high reliability of the product and ease of use.
The universal power supply system allows the SEL-360 "Hive" suppressor to operate continuously from a 220 V network or autonomously for up to 3 hours from an internal battery.
In addition to manual "push-button" switching, the SEL-360 "Hive" suppressor has a remote wireless control system using a radio key fob.

* The suppression range depends on the type of microphone, voice recorder or mobile phone. In practice, most voice recorders and mobile phone microphones are effectively suppressed at a distance of up to 2 m. But there are some models for which this distance does not exceed 0.5 meters, and microphones of some electronic devices are well suppressed at distances of up to 10 m.
