M-ION is a portable, high-speed, highly sensitive detector of explosive vapors and traces. The M-ION detector allows you to detect and identify explosives both in the form of vapors and in the form of particles (traces).
The device is based on advanced technology, which is based on the principle of nonlinear dependence of ion mobility on the electric field strength. The principle of corona discharge is used to ionize sample molecules. The detector does not contain sources of radioactive radiation.
The M-ION detector allows you to work in dusty conditions, high humidity with a minimum level of false alarms.
The detector does not require expensive consumables to operate.
The device parameters are controlled and measurement results are processed using a built-in microcomputer. The detector can be connected to an external computer, tablet, smartphone, etc. via wireless or wired communication.
