Stationary explosives detector Shelf-TI

Automatic stationary explosives detector "Shelf-TI" is designed to detect explosives in automatic mode in conditions of mass passage of people. Stationary terminal automatic explosives detector SHELF-TI.

To prevent electric shock during operation, maintenance and repair of the device, it is necessary to comply with safety regulations for the operation of electrical installations with a voltage of up to 1000 V. Persons with a safety qualification of at least group 3 and the right to service electrical equipment with a voltage of up to 1000 V are allowed to work with detectors. The detector uses a line of powerful diode lasers with hazard class 4. To prevent injury from laser radiation during operation, maintenance and repair of the device, it is necessary to comply with safety regulations provided for working with lasers of this class. Due to the specifics of installation and use of detectors at specific sites, as well as ongoing work to improve the detector, its design may be modified without degrading its technical characteristics, which are not reflected in this document.

DETECTOR DESCRIPTION
Purpose
The detector is designed for automated detection of microparticles and/or traces of explosives (HE) in human fingerprints.

The detector can be used both autonomously and as part of barrier devices (turnstiles, gateways, information desks, etc.), and can also be integrated into an access control system (ACS) and, together with them, provide automated access control to the controlled area of checkpoints (CP).

The detector can be used to control people at checkpoints, for example, railway and bus stations, airports, nuclear power facilities, high-value facilities, and in places of mass presence of people.

The detector is designed to detect microparticles and/or traces of explosives without determining quantitative characteristics and, in accordance with GOST R 8.565-96, is classified as an indicator.
