DETECTOR OF EXPLOSIVES AND NARCOTIC SUBSTANCES ON DOCUMENTS "KERBER-D"

The Kerber-D detector is designed to check documents (passports, tickets, passes, etc.) for trace amounts of explosives and/or narcotics.
Detection and identification of explosives and narcotics is carried out by placing the document being checked on the contact pad of the detector's sampling device.

The Kerber-D detector, as a technical means of detecting and identifying explosives, has a sensitivity that allows it to determine the presence of the following explosives and their components: nitroamines (hexogen, octogen, tetryl), nitroesters (nitroglycerin, ethylene glycol dinitrate, PETN), nitroaromatic compounds (TNT, dinitrotoluene), organic peroxide compounds (acetone peroxide, HMTD), inorganic nitrates (ammonium, potassium and sodium nitrates), as well as mixed explosives based on them.

ADVANTAGES
Non-radioactive ionization source
Extremely low operating costs
Wide range of detectable substances
Efficient self-cleaning system
SCOPE OF APPLICATION — EXPRESS DETECTION OF TRACE QUANTITIES OF EXPLOSIVES AND NARCOTIC SUBSTANCES:
at passport and visa control at border crossings;
at checks of travel documents at transport facilities;
at ticket checks at entrances to mass events;
at access control at industrial facilities and specially protected areas.
