The first X-ray television system in Russia with unique capabilities for detecting dangerous objects in inspected objects. Two orthogonal beams allow not only to examine the scanned object in two different projections, but also in some cases to estimate the area and thickness of objects, which makes it possible to calculate their density and mass. The greatest terrorist threat is posed by assemblies of explosives together with solid striking elements. The system managed to implement an algorithm for automatically detecting a combination of a dangerous amount of organic matter and metal elements. The presence of two orthogonal beams eliminates the need to change the position of the baggage and re-scan it, significantly increases the probability of detecting dangerous objects and increases the throughput of the inspection point.
The Inspector 65/75ZX X-ray television system has a special movable operator console with a control panel and two independent high-resolution monitors, which the operator can fold and close with an anti-vandal metal curtain, locked with a key. The collapsible design of the system allows its elements to be brought in from the transport packaging through standard doorways. The design of the unit is patented.
Each X-ray television unit can be configured to automatically detect certain objects (of various materials and sizes) at the customer's request.
Inspector 65/75ZX has a positive conclusion from the Center for Special Equipment of the FSB of Russia, a Certificate of Conformity of Civil Aviation and all the necessary permits.
The high reliability of the unit was demonstrated by the successful completion of trial operation at Sheremetyevo Airport in 2014, where the introscope worked reliably in round-the-clock mode for 1,750 hours.
