PM1704A is a new series of pocket gamma and gamma-neutron search devices that combine the functions of a search detector and identifier. Compact devices are capable of not only detecting radiation sources, but also identifying radionuclides by their gamma spectrum and measuring dose rate.
The devices have a user-friendly interface and do not require special technical skills from the user. Compact size, high sensitivity, user-friendly interface make the devices convenient for daily use.
Distinctive features of the new device are:
The ability to identify radionuclides without an external PC
The ability to transmit data via Bluetooth (Android and iOS)
The ability to link measurements to GPS coordinates
The main advantage of the new PM1704A device is that it allows the user to perform an express analysis of the detected radionuclide. The PM1704A series devices are very compact and lightweight, they are capable of not only detecting the radiation source, but also identifying the substance, measuring the dose rate and the accumulated dose.
Key features:
Fast and reliable isotope identification, results are displayed on the screen

The PM1704A series devices are available in 4 modifications:
PM1704A - basic model, with a built-in scintillation detector CsI (Tl) PM1704A-M - in addition to the basic model, has a built-in Geiger-Muller counter, which expands the range of ambient equivalent dose rate measurement to 1000 Sv/h (1000 R/h). PM1704A-GN - in addition to the basic model has a Li6I(Eu) scintillation detector for searching and detecting neutron radiation sources. PM1704A-GNM - has 3 detectors, two for gamma radiation and one for neutron radiation: CSI (Tl), Geiger counter and Li6I (Eu).
