PORTABLE EXPRESS DETECTOR GRIF-1M

PORTABLE EXPRESS DETECTOR GRIF-1M
Description:
The following example shows the sensitivity of express analyzers: the devices detect the presence of a substance on a person's hands, even if he was the sixth in a chain of people, the first of whom had contact with narcotic or explosive substances.

Conducting spectral analysis and subsequent automatic comparison of the obtained results with the test spectra of the sought substances, which are in the memory of the devices, allows you to get an answer within 1 - 5 seconds. At the same time, the name of the detected substance appears on the monitor.

Thus, the principle of ion mobility spectrometry, which is the basis for the operation of the devices, allows for the simultaneous detection of a fairly wide range of chemical substances at high speed and with high sensitivity, which makes these devices very effective, including for monitoring at airports, customs points, and checkpoints of strategic facilities.

PURPOSE
Express detection and identification of ultra-small amounts of substances at the ppb level (10-14 g/cm3) without preliminary preparation, measurement time - 1-5 s:

Explosives
Narcotic substances
Poisonous substances, toxic industrial waste, pharmacological drugs.

COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES OF THE DEVICE

The cost of the detector is 2-3 times lower than the cost of imported analogues.
The cost of servicing the device, including the cost of consumables, is 20-25 times lower than the corresponding costs of servicing similar imported devices.
Monoblock design, the presence of a concentrator - accumulator.
Small weight and dimensions for devices of this level.
Non-radioactive ionization source.
Electronic polarity switching (change between explosives / drugs modes) in 1 - 4 s.
Analysis of a sample of both solid particles and vapors of substances.
Built-in color display.
Automatic charging of the built-in battery during operation without an additional charger.
Continuous autocalibration for explosives and narcotics
Built-in express cleaning system.
Freeze frame fixation on the screen.
Recording a freeze frame or video file from the screen to the spectrometer memory.
Indication of the name of the detected substance on the device display.
High cleaning speed after detection of the detected substance.
Visualization of the ionogram on the built-in display for detection of substances not included in the database.
Prompt replenishment of the substance database by the operator during operation.

The main advantage of drift spectrometers compared to gas chromatographic and mass spectrometric analyzers is short analysis time (6-8 s), ease of use, portability.

It is planned to develop a line of special stationary/portable devices to support the production of pharmacological preparations:

express control of the purity and composition of raw materials and products at each stage;
control of the purity and composition of the atmosphere of production facilities;
express control of by-products of production and waste
express examination of the finished product

CONDUCTED TESTS
In January 2014, specialists from the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "SKTB "Technolog" carried out a set of works to calibrate the drift spectrometer GRIF-1M and establish its ability to detect and identify toxic, poisonous, explosive and narcotic substances. Test reports were received certifying the identification of the drift spectrometer GRIF-1M.
