The LGSh-720 system is designed to detect, identify and suppress radio transmitting devices using digital data transmission protocols. These include:
CDMA450, GSM 900, 1800 and 3G cell phones and modems
WLAN, BLUETOOTH and WiMax wireless data transmission devices
mini-cell phones (DECT)
The system includes:
System control and configuration unit - ST-168
Remote detection module - LMO
Suppression unit - LGSh-720
The control unit is designed to assess the radio environment at the installation site, configure remote modules and assess the effectiveness of the deployed system.
The remote module detects, identifies radio transmitting devices and transmits information to the suppression unit.
The suppression unit is designed to block (suppress) communication between base stations and mobile phones of cellular networks, wireless data transmission devices.
The required number of remote modules and the composition of the suppression unit are determined based on the results of the control unit operation and depend on the monitored area and the signal level of the base stations at the installation site. The number of remote modules can be quickly increased or changed during operation.
The information is transmitted via an IR channel.
