A large cyanoacrylate chamber is designed to detect fingerprints with cyanoacrylate.
The impressive size of the working chamber allows you to examine large objects, including long-barreled weapons.
The SV-3 cyanoacrylate chamber with automatic heating, air recirculation, humidity maintenance system and autonomous double air purification system using carbon is designed to detect invisible traces on various objects using cyanoacrylate vapor.
Detection of hidden traces with cyanoacrylate vapors is carried out in a closed chamber space under conditions of controlled heating temperature of cyanoacrylate glue and controlled air humidity.
The design of the cyanoacrylate chamber provides for the presence of: an electronic thermostat for setting and controlling the temperature of the heating element, a system for maintaining the humidity level and a sensor for controlling the relative humidity of the air; an autonomous system for triple cleaning of the chamber from cyanoacrylate vapors, provided by installing an internal aquafilter and a carbon cleaning filter, as well as a HEPA filter.
The design of the cyanoacrylate chamber allows for the fumigation process to be carried out using cyanoacrylate glue from the companies "Permabond 791", "Supermoment", "Contact", "Cosmofen".
The chamber has a transparent opening door through which the entire process of fumigation of the objects of study with cyanoacrylate vapors and visualization of the detected traces is controlled.
The camera allows for the detection of invisible traces on objects made of various materials, various shapes and sizes, including samples of cold bladed weapons (knives, daggers), short-barreled (pistols, submachine guns) and long-barreled (machine guns, sawed-off shotguns) firearms.
The camera is designed for operation in closed dry rooms equipped with supply and exhaust ventilation and an alternating current network with a voltage of 220 V. Sockets with a voltage of 220 V must be grounded.
The overall dimensions of the working chamber are not less than: 500 * 400 * 1000
Automatic control and monitoring system for the fumigation process.
The touch control panel with installed software allows you to create optimal fumigation parameters under various climatic conditions.
Theory
Cyanoacrylate fingerprinting, also known as "superglue", is a technique used in forensic science to reveal invisible fingerprints on various surfaces. The process involves evaporating cyanoacrylate in a confined space, where the vapors react with components of the sweat substance, leaving a visible relief of the print.
