Technical means of protecting speech information from leakage via vibroacoustic channel "Sonata-AV4M" (hereinafter referred to as the Product) is designed to protect acoustic speech information circulating in rooms specially designated for discussing or reproducing information containing information constituting a state secret, or in rooms equipped with government communications equipment, other types of special communications, as well as in rooms intended for holding events with discussion of other restricted information that does not contain information constituting a state secret, from leakage of vibration signals arising through the transformation of an informative acoustic signal when it impacts enclosing structures, support equipment and interior items of the premises and recorded by acoustic reconnaissance equipment based on vibration transducers or acoustic speech reconnaissance equipment based on lasers (in relation to surfaces in the line of sight from possible locations of acoustic reconnaissance equipment).

Technical characteristics of the Product The main technical characteristics of the Product are listed in Table 1. Characteristics not listed comply with the requirements of the FSTEC of Russia for active acoustic and vibration protection of acoustic speech information. The product can be placed in premises up to and including category 1.
