It is designed to protect acoustic speech information circulating in rooms specially designated for discussing or reproducing information constituting a state secret, or in rooms equipped with government communications equipment, other types of special communications (dedicated rooms), as well as in rooms intended for holding events with discussion of restricted access information that does not contain information constituting a state secret, from information leakage via vibroacoustic and acoustic channels.
The "LGS-404" product complies with:
- type "A" - means of acoustic and vibration protection of information with a central generator unit and passive (not containing individual noise sources requiring power supply in their design) converters connected to it via communication lines.
The LGSh-404 product complies with the requirements of the “Requirements for Active Acoustic and Vibration Protection of Acoustic Speech Information” (FSTEC of Russia, 2015) – protection class 1.
The LGSh-404 product is equipped with a visual system for indicating normal operation and a visual and sound system for indicating emergency operation (failure). The LGSh-404 product is equipped with a time-of-use counter that records and displays in hours and minutes the total operating time of the Product in the masking interference generation mode.
The design of the LGSh-404 Product ensures protection of the output noise signal level control elements from unauthorized changes and detection of unauthorized access to them.
