The external device interface unit "Sonata-SK4.1" (hereinafter referred to as the Product) is designed for remote switching on/off of equipment from other manufacturers (not having a Rebus3 (3-pr) interface) integrated into the TSZI complex.
The Product is a two-channel remotely controlled 220 V network switch (channel 1), combined with a general-purpose switch (channel 2). The first channel 1 provides control of the external device by supplying/disconnecting the 220 V / 50 Hz supply voltage (channel 1). The second channel - by closing/opening the "dry" contact in the "low-current" control circuit of the external device (if any).
Specifications:
Parameter Value Power supply, V Network ~220 V, 50 Hz Power supply stability From -15% to +10% Power consumption from the network, W, no more than 40 Control interface Rebus-3 (3-pr) Maximum active (reactive) load power, - channel 1, no less than - channel 2, no less than
1000 W (1000 VA) 1000 W (240 VA) Overall dimensions, mm, not more than dimensions and weight of products Operating conditions: - ambient temperature - relative air humidity
from +5 to +40o C up to 80% at 25o C
Feedback with the control object is carried out by transmitting information via the Rebus3 channel (3-pr): - about the current in the load via the 220 V network connected to the output of channel 1; - about the state of the logic level of the low-current output of the control object (if any) or the "dry contact" recording the state of the control object (channel 2).
When assessing the possibility of using the Sonata-SK4.1 interface unit to control equipment not manufactured by Anna LLC, it is necessary to take into account the restrictions on the maximum values of currents and voltages depending on the nature of the load (active and reactive components).
For simple and safe connection of external equipment to the "Channel 1" output, it is recommended to use the 220 V network cable (ID 837, not included in the delivery set, see Fig. 2.).
Examples of using the Product. Task 1. A TSZI complex is installed in the controlled area, including a SVAZ, equipment for protection against PEMIN, and circuit breakers as protection against electroacoustic leakage channels. It is necessary to supplement the complex with a cellular communication blocking device. At the same time, the condition for switching on/off and monitoring the state of the complex from a single remote control must be maintained.
Solution. Use of the TSZI 3095 complex, which includes the "Sonata-SK4.1" interface unit. The cellular communication suppression device is connected to channel 1 of the "Sonata-SK4.1" interface unit and is switched on/off together with all elements of the complex from the "Sonata-DU4.1" remote control. The state of the cellular communication jamming device is monitored by monitoring the current in the load of channel 1.
Task 2. It is necessary to supplement the TSZI complex with the ability to lock the entrance door when the complex is turned on. The door is equipped with an electric lock.
Solution. Connecting the electric lock to channel 2 of the Sonata-SK4.1 interface unit. Setting up the necessary closed and open channels is carried out using the Kamerton software. As a result, when the TSZI complex is turned on, the electric lock is triggered, the door is blocked. The state is monitored by monitoring the state of the response "dry contact" of the control object. (Fig. 3)
