INSPECTION AND CHECKING COMPLEX (MIC) HCVM e35

Main characteristics

Small-sized mobile IDC, designed for inspection of the contents of vehicles and containers without opening them in urban areas
The most compact IDC using an accelerator with radiation energy of 4 MeV
Penetration capacity for steel 200 mm at a scanning speed of 24 m / min
High productivity: up to 20 trucks per hour in mobile scanning mode and up to 80 in portal mode

The HCVM e35 series is a powerful, small-sized and fully autonomous lightweight mobile platform designed to inspect containers, trucks, and other vehicles and detect threats such as explosives and narcotics, weapons of mass destruction, contraband, as well as to check the contents of the cargo against the accompanying documents, which eliminates the need for personal inspection and opening of the cargo.

Today, the HCVM e35 is the most compact IDS using a 4 MeV accelerator, providing up to 200 mm of penetration into steel. The HCVM e35 is a robust, mobile unit without a radioactive source, providing high throughput for up to 80 vehicles when operating in gantry mode.

Due to its compact size and low weight, the HCVM e35 is ideal for work in small spaces, especially in urban areas.

The advanced IDS features are integrated with the standard CargoVision platform. The ARD radioactive material detection option detects gamma radiation inside a container or vehicle simultaneously with the scanning process to produce an X-ray television image.

A powerful computing system provides operators with powerful tools for fast and accurate analysis of X-ray television images, displaying the cargo contents in real time.
