Purpose:
• measuring the parameters of acoustic, vibroacoustic and low-frequency electrical signals;
• identifying technical leakage channels (TLC) of speech information and determining the technical protection indicators of speech information (discussed in designated rooms of categories 1, 2 and 3) from leakage via acoustic and vibroacoustic channels (AVAC), as well as due to acoustic-electrical transformations (AET) in elements of auxiliary technical means and systems (ATSS) in accordance with the current organizational, administrative and regulatory documents of the FSTEC of Russia.
Scope:
• measuring noise and vibration levels;
• assessing the parameters of acoustic, vibration and low-power LF electrical signals in order to identify TLC of speech information;
• assessing the effectiveness of speech information protection from leakage via AVAC, as well as due to AET (including when using sound amplification equipment);
• assessment of the effectiveness of the applied means of protecting speech information from leakage via the above-mentioned technical channels.
Features and benefits:
√ Certificate of Conformity of the FSTEC of Russia dated September 10, 2010 No. 2167, validity period extended until September 10, 2019;
√ The SKM-8 analyzer, which is part of the Kolibri complex, belongs to the first accuracy class according to GOST 17168, is included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments under No. 44453-10 and is approved for use in the Russian Federation;
√ measurement of signal parameters in absolute units;
√ multifunctionality of the complex for solving almost all problems arising during the certification of allocated (protected) premises;
√ autonomous operation of the complex without the use of a PC;
√ octave, 1/3 octave and narrowband analysis of acoustic and vibroacoustic signals, low-frequency electrical signals of low levels with visualization of measured signals in the time domain;
√ detailed study of speech information leakage by AVAK, as well as AEP channels (using noise and tone methods);
√ availability of manual and automatic modes of measurements to assess the effectiveness of speech information protection from leakage by AVAK;
√ determination of the articulation index, the signal-to-noise ratio in octave and 1/3 octave bands, verbal intelligibility of speech;
√ generation of an acoustic test in the speech frequency range, remote activation/deactivation of the acoustic test source in manual and automatic modes;
√ formation of a database during the measurements and reporting documents based on the assessment results;
√ viewing the created database with the ability to edit it;
√ the ability to measure electric and magnetic field strengths using electric and magnetic antennas, as well as current strength using current collectors in the speech range (if there are appropriate antennas and current collectors);
√ providing the operator with user interfaces in a convenient form, allowing you to set all the necessary parameters and operating modes of the complex;
√ small weight and dimensions of the complex, transportation and operation of the complex is carried out by one person.
